The Standard lawn care service plan includes mowing, line trimming, line edging, and
blowing the clippings off all walkways, patios sidewalks and driveways. New clients
will receive 5% off their total invoice for their first service. To qualify for this offer, the
client must write the offer code on the “Estimate/Work Order Agreement” prior to any
work being started. The Work Order is not a Subscription contract -- its just authorization for
the work specified on the Estimate to be completed as specified. The client will receive
the discount at the time of invoicing. Only one offer per client and cannot be combined

“Subscriber Agreement”, for annual or seasonal service (minimum of 6 months).

total annual subscription price. If the service is canceled by the subscriber for any
reason before the end of the subscription term, they will be invoiced for the 5% for all
services received prior to cancellation and refunded the remainder of the agreement (if the
